The Fresh Market will open its fourth Northeast Florida store in the Riverside community of Jacksonville in October 2014.
The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that The Fresh Market will anchor Shoppes on Riverside, a new retail development in Brooklyn along Riverside Avenue. The 20,400 s.f. store will be surrounded by another 29,470 s.f. of small-shop space. Construction is slated to begin in January and cost about $14.7 million.
