WOATS Oatsnack, a product of Fort Worth, Texas-based Anderson Trail Inc., has become a sponsor for the PBS documentary series “One Square Mile: Texas,” which will launch on Texas PBS stations in January. Produced by Emmy award winning husband-and-wife team Carl and Betsy Crum, the series documents the lives of Texans across nine distinct square miles in Austin, Dallas, Silverton, Nacogdoches, Midland, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso and Port Isabel.
“We’re delighted to sponsor ‘One Square Mile: Texas,’” said Justin Anderson, inventor of WOATS. “The series is showing how Texans young and old are pursuing their passions in every corner of the state.”
WOATS products are bite-size morsels of whole grain oats, honey and other ingredients. They are sold at H-E-B’s Central Market, Market Street (United Supermarkets), Kroger and The Fresh Market.
Pickle and condiment maker Best Maid Products, also based in Fort Worth, is a sponsor of the series as well.
