Artisan bread brand La Brea Bakery has introduced Petite Crisp Cookies, a new retail line of fully baked mini cookies made with premium ingredients and available in three flavors.
La Brea Bakery’s Petite Crisp Cookies use natural ingredients like butter, high-quality flour and spices that embody the artisan tradition that includes no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Offering a twist on the traditional cookie in a consumer-friendly, bite size format, the Petite Crisp Cookies provide La Brea Bakery bread fans another reason to seek out the bakery section of their favorite retailers, according to the company.
The three new Petite Crisp Cookies flavors include:
• Chocolate Chip: a crispy mini-chocolate chip cookie with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
• Salted Toffee: a crispy, mini cookie with milk chocolate dark toffee chunks.
• Spicy Cocoa: a crispy, mini chocolate chip cookie with hints of cinnamon and a kick of cayenne pepper.
The Petite Crisp Cookie’s packaging features La Brea Bakery’s first new logo since the company began 25 years ago. The packaging also provides a stylish presentation with a clear window that provides consumers a peek at La Brea Bakery’s new mini cookies.
