Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage will open its second Wichita, Kansas, store Feb. 24 at 10520 West 13th Street N.
The Colorado-based grocer says it will provide the Wichita-Maize community with fresh produce that is only USDA Certified Organic as well as other healthy, affordable natural and organic groceries. The store will feature a mix of national brands and locally-grown, raised and manufactured products from Kansas.
“We are excited to become the newest ‘neighbor’ in a community such as Wichita-Maize, which is very food and health oriented,” said Kemper Isely, co-president of Natural Grocers and a member of the founding family. “Natural Grocers brings its customers natural and organic meat, produce and dairy from the highest quality producers. In related news, Natural Grocers has partnered with Instacart to provide grocery delivery service to customers in Portland, Oregon, in as little as one hour. Natural Grocers will be the fifth Portland-area grocery store offering delivery service through Instacart, which will deliver to residents and businesses in Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego and downtown Portland from Natural Grocers’ Beaverton store.
Customers can choose from the full selection of Natural Grocers’ local, natural and organic products on the Instacart marketplace. In addition to offering only USDA Certified Organic fresh produce, and natural and organic meat and grocery items, customers can find a large selection of vitamins and supplements.
