New England Food Show Draws Great Crowds

Last updated on June 13th, 2024 at 05:26 pm

The National Restaurant Association will be managing the New England Food Show (NEFS) in 2016, but this year’s show, held March 15-17 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCES), drew great crowds on its first two days. Many independent operators and food service managers and chefs attended the show, which was held at the same dates and times at the Seafood Expo North America.

Next year, the NEFS will be held March 13-15, 2016, one week later then the seafood expo and will have its own space at the BCEC. The Massachusetts Restaurant Association, which hosted the show along with Diversified Communications, thanked Diversified Coordinator Bob Callahan for his 13 years of service to the show. At the MRA Awards Dinner Monday, March 16, Best Booth awards were presented to the Grateful Burger Co. (small booth) and George’s Bakery Products (large booth).
