The atrium centerpiece also serves as an event space for the Buffalo community.
Additional plans for the Innovation Center complex include a redesigned research and development lab; an enhanced, world-class sensory evaluation center; and a global video library of food product information that can be accessed from anywhere electronically.
With $3.3 billion in annual sales, Rich’s says it is known throughout the industry for its innovation, dating back to the invention in 1945 of Rich’s Whip Topping.
