The Fresh Market will open a store in Turtle Creek, Texas, on May 6 and another store in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on May 13.
The 26,000-s.f. Turtle Creek store at 3878 Oak Lawn Avenue in the Turtle Creek Village shopping center will mark the company’s seventh Texas store and its third in the greater Dallas area.
The Fayetteville store at 230 Glensford Drive in the Glensford Way shopping center will be the company’s 21st store in the state of North Carolina.
The new stores will include a bakery that produces 30 freshly baked breads and 14 different pie varieties daily, a full-service meat counter with freshly ground beef, a wide selection of ready-to-serve entrées, fresh seafood delivered to the store several times per week and more than 200 imported and domestic cheeses, as well as a large produce department with more than 400 items and a large organic selection.
“We look forward to introducing The Fresh Market’s concept of quality, great-tasting food, excellent customer service and a distinctive atmosphere to an expanded customer base, and we look forward to offering neighboring communities an inspiring new food shopping experience,” said Sean Crane, the company’s interim CEO.
“The Fresh Market’s atmosphere is truly unique,” he added. “Our customers enjoy shopping in an environment that appeals to all the senses, where the smell of freshly brewed coffee and bread right out of the oven, the sound of relaxing music, soft lighting, and the ability to select and taste fresh, high-quality products all work together to create a place where customers are inspired to make every meal extraordinary.”
Both stores will each bring approximately 90 jobs to their communities.
