QuickChek Corp. of Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, has begun its Check-Out Hunger campaign—a drive to help feed hungry families during the upcoming holiday season. The campaign benefits more than 30 Feeding America food banks and affiliates from New England to Florida. The Community Food Bank of New Jersey, the Hudson Valley Food Bank and Long Island Cares are among those beneficiaries. This is the 25th year of Check-Out Hunger. Shoppers at each of QuickChek’s 142 stores can help feed hungry families in their communities by donating $1, $3 or $5 coupons at checkout counters during a campaign that runs through Dec. 19. The company raised $125,000 during the 2014 campaign.
