BJ’s Wholesale Club is launching Tech Advisors, an exclusive free service that lets members research, shop and install electronics. BJ’s Tech Advisors offer free technical support for TVs, home theater, audio, computers, tablets, cameras and other consumer electronics, both before and after purchase.
After purchase, the advisors are able to assist members with first-time setup; Wi-Fi setup; instructions on how to use the product; general and advanced troubleshooting; missing components or accessories; and networking support. This service is available for the lifetime of the member’s product.
