Windsor Marketing Group Names New Execs, Completes HQ Expansion

Windsor Marketing Group (WMG), a producer of in-store marketing solutions for many retailers, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Steve Thomas as chief marketing officer and Garrett Bain as chief sales officer.

Thomas brings more than 30 years of marketing experience to the position, where he will oversee brand development, market strategy, direction and sales support programming. Bain is an experienced sales executive with proven success in management, driving company growth and numerous sales team achievements, Windsor says.

WMG helps retailers increase sales by developing, manufacturing and distributing in-store marketing programs. The company is committed to enhancing the shopping experience, increasing basket sizes and stimulating impulse purchases. Since 1976, the company has grown to more than 185 associates serving more than 3,000 clients.

WMG recently completed a 120,000-s.f. expansion of its headquarters. This is the third expansion of WMG’s state-of-the-art, deep-green headquarters in Suffield, Connecticut, since opening the facility in 2005 and will consolidate the entire 185-person workforce into a single 250,000-s.f. campus.

Highlighting the commitment to environmentally safe business practices is the addition of state-of-the-art production technology that is virtually waste-free. WMG also recycles all of its waste paper and utilizes inks that do not require the use of solvents.
