Natural Grocers Hiring For New Salida, Colorado, Store

Natural Grocers is opening a new store in Salida, Colorado, at 200 F Street. The store, which is slated to open on Oct. 31, according to the company’s website, will bring 19 full-time jobs to the area.

The new store will offer 100 percent organic produce, meat humanely raised without antibiotics, hormones or other growth promotors; 100 percent free-range eggs; 100 percent pasture-based dairy; GMO-free prepackaged bulk products; groceries that don’t contain any artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives; and more.

Natural Grocers will host a meet and greet for job applicants on Aug. 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Salida Scout Hut, located at 210 E Sackett Ave. There will be a kombucha and non-GMO snack tasting, as well as information about job opportunities and Natural Grocers’ commitment to community and its employees. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Natural Grocers says it offers its employees a number of benefits, including:
