Central Valley Meat Holding Co. has acquired Harris Ranch Beef Holding Co., including its Harris Feeding Co. and Harris Ranch Beef Co. subsidiaries.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Central Valley Meat Co. is a family-owned meat processor in Hanford, California, that was founded in 1993. Harris Ranch Beef has operated in California’s Central Valley for more than 50 years.

Under the agreement, the two companies will continue to operate independently, with both companies retaining their respective brands.

None of Harris Farms’ other entities are impacted by the transaction. Its Hospitality Division—including the Harris Ranch Inn and Restaurant, Farms Division, Horse Division, and River—will remain fully owned by Harris Farms.
