Edmond, Oklahoma-based CBDNhance has released two new products, Ultra-Relief and Ultra-Relax, that are designed to increase the benefits of CBD.
The products do not contain CBD, but instead, contain terpenes and other natural ingredients that have been shown to help with CBD absorption and effectiveness. The products do not contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
“We’re taking advantage of what is known in the industry as the ‘entourage effect,'” said Mercer Smith, CBDNhance president. “The ‘entourage effect’ is based on evidence in recent years that shows CBD is most effective when combined with other properties of the cannabis plant. Terpenes, which are found in CBDNhance, are one of those synergistic cannabis properties that can help CBD users tremendously.”
CBDNhance also helps its users get quicker results, according to Smith.
“Some people find that it takes weeks, or even months, for them to feel the full benefits of their CBD,” said Smith. “CBDNhance gives people quick results, in part because of how the terpenes interact with your CBD.”
According to a widely distributed 2011 report in the British Journal of Pharmacology, terpenes, taken on their own, also have health benefits. Terpenes have been shown to help with such conditions as inflammation, anxiety, pain, infection and even cancer.
“CBDNhance was developed to boost the effectiveness of your CBD, but it certainly can provide benefits even if you don’t take CBD,” said Smith.
CBDNhance does not contain THC (or CBD), making it an attractive option for people who are concerned about passing drug tests or who live in a state that has not legalized marijuana.
“It’s 100 percent legal, no matter where you live,” said Smith.
“I love it,” said Diana Dashiell, who recently started taking CBDNhance to help with an injury she suffered. “Recently I developed plantar fasciitis. My plantar fasciitis was under control until I wore the wrong pair of shoes one day. That night I was in severe pain and decided to take the Ultra-Relief product for pain relief. Within 15 minutes the throbbing in my foot was literally gone.”
Currently, there are 65 authorized distributors of CBDNhance who are helping to bring the products to market at CBD retailers across the country.
