Diamond Crystal Brands, headquartered in Savannah, Georgia, has introduced three flavors to its Flavor Fresh, Better-For-You condiment line: Chick’n Dippin’ Sauce, Hot Honey and Hot Mustard.
Chick’n Dippin’ Sauce is a blend of honey mustard with a smoky barbecue packaged in a 1-oz. cup. Hot Honey is a combination of honey and chilies with a syrup-like consistency in a 9g packet. Hot Mustard is an Asian-inspired condiment with a spicy tang and thick texture in a 5.5g packet.
These single-serve products are part of a Better-For-You commitment from Diamond Crystal Brands for more healthful condiments for foodservice. They are low sodium, gluten-free and 0g trans-fat offerings, with no high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colors or flavors and no added MSG. It is restaurant-quality flavor that meets USDA nutritional guidelines for K-12 schools.

The three new portion-control condiments, teased during this year’s National Restaurant Show, NACUFS and SNA Annual National Conference, are now available and are sold through foodservice, convenience and micro-market distributors.
