Fairfield, New Jersey-based Crispy Green Inc. has hired Ryan Youngman as chief sales officer to provide strategy and leadership on growing its sales and distribution network for 2020 and beyond.
Youngman brings a unique set of experience and capabilities in leading natural emerging brands as they go through rapid growth. Having held leadership roles in retail (Whole Foods) and distribution (United Natural Foods Inc.), as well as having helped build brands like Brad‘s Raw Foods and Fresca Foods, he will lead the sales team and drive strategy and execution of Crispy Green’s expansion plan.
One of Youngman’s many accomplishments includes winning the UNFI Western Region MVP Award for channel development and overall sales. He has held the titles of CEO, CSO, EVP, director of sales, GM, grocery director and managing member. Regardless of the title he has held, Youngman has proven to be a go-getter and innovative thinker, consistently rolling out unique and successful sales programs resulting in enhanced sales and profitability.
