Kashi GO Launches New Protein-Packed Waffles For Frozen Food Aisle

Kashi Go frozen waffles protein

Solana Beach, California-based Kashi recently launched new protein-packed waffles as part of its GO product line. Kashi GO is focused on protein, making these new Non-GMO Project Verified protein waffles from a mixture of cage-free eggs, hemp seeds, soy and whey protein.

With flavors ranging from Wild Blueberry, Vanilla Buttermilk and Cinnamon Brown Sugar, these new waffles are made with 100 percent whole grains and offer 13 grams of protein and less than 10 grams of sugar per serving.

“Our Kashi GO line is all about offering products that fuel an active lifestyle, and we saw a need to create a waffle with protein to jumpstart the day,” said Jeanne Wilson, director of marketing for Kashi. “The existing Kashi waffles are a fan favorite, and we wanted to supplement those with a new line that delivers nourishment, unparalleled taste and convenience.”

Each box has eight waffles. They are sold in the frozen food section and can be found nationwide at Walmart, Amazon, Ahold, Food Lion, Giant Eagle, Hannaford, HEB, Market Basket, Shoprite and Woodmans, with more stores to come this year.

To celebrate their debut, Kashi is featuring weekly recipe takeovers with leading tastemakers to share their #WaffleWednesday creations on social media. To keep up with their recipes, follow @Kashi on Instagram.

Kashi believes eating more plants is the catalyst for a healthier life. A natural lifestyle pioneer for the past 35-plus years, Kashi produces nutritious plant-based foods including cereals and snacks with curated ingredients. All Kashi products being made today are Non-GMO Project Verified.
