Sprouts Wins Best-In-State Customer Service Award From Newsweek

For the second year in a row, Newsweek partnered with global data research firm Statista Inc. to uncover and highlight the Best Customer Service Companies for 2020. Sprouts Newsweek customer serviceSprouts Farmers Market ranked No. 1 in Arizona, No. 2 in California and No. 3 in Texas for customer service in the category of “Food, Health & Beauty: Supermarkets.”

“Our friendly team members are knowledgeable about the products we sell and can answer guests’ questions about healthy eating because we place a high priority on consumer education,” said Sprouts Chief Operations Officer Dan Sanders. “New team members receive extensive training and continued education to help customers with their individual needs.”

Sprouts has 35,000 team members and continues to grow. Sprouts accelerated investments in its team members to develop a stronger workforce by enhancing pay, benefits, leadership development and recognition for several years. The healthy grocer offers scholarship opportunities to team members and their dependents, hosts quarterly Team Member Appreciation Days and provides a year-round discount on all store purchases.
