Alexandria, Virginia-based Countertop Productions recently announced the appointment of Cliff Caldwell to EVP, effective June 29, 2020, in an effort to intensify its goal to grow a presence in grocery retail, wholesale and food service, says the company. Caldwell is based out of the company’s national sales office in Atlanta, Georgia.
As EVP, Caldwell will serve as the primary client interface in building customer relations in retail, wholesale and foodservice; manager of a national network of food brokers, direct sales and aggressively growing the line of fresh wholesome bakery products in resealable jars and shelf stable pouches; and be involved in product development and operations.
Caldwell brings nearly four decades of perishable food sales experience to Countertop Productions, with vast knowledge in all food categories, too. His career has included extensive tenure’s with Burgers’ Smokehouse, Klements Sausage, Carl Buddig and Oscar Mayer.
