Vallarta Supermarkets, one of the largest Latino grocers in California, welcomes its newest member of the Vallarta Influencers & Partners Program, Ericka Sanchez, to its stores and social channels. Sanchez is a recipe developer, photographer, creator of the bilingual award-winning website Nibbles and Feasts and a rising foodie star.

Born in Mexico, raised in Texas and a current Los Angeles resident, Sanchez has a vast love and passion for Latin food and drinks. Her new book, “Aguas Frescas and Paletas,” reflects her cultural connection through traditional Aguas Frescas recipes as well as her creative taste putting her own innovative twist on classic Latin flavors. Aguas Frescas, which translated means cool or fresh water, are flavored water beverages that can be made from a variety of ingredients including fruit, vegetables and herbs.
As a member of the newly formed VIP Program, Sanchez will be developing an exclusive Agua Fresca recipe for Vallarta.
“I am very excited to partner with Vallarta Supermarket, which is already known for its Aguas Frescas,” said Sanchez. “I cannot wait to share my newest recipe with fellow Vallarta fans.”
Her exclusive new Agua Fresca recipe will debut in early summer at Vallarta’s in-store juice bar La Isla.
