Gelson’s is celebrating the grand reopening of its Irvine, California, store – located at 5521 Alton Pkwy. – July 30 through Aug. 1.
Designed to reinvent the customer shopping experience, the remodeled store will serve as a local hangout complete with a wine, craft beer and tapas bar and Gelson’s first stand-alone sushi bar.
Gelson’s Irvine will continue to offer a wide and distinctive selection of groceries, fresh produce, a gourmet cheese counter, ready-to-eat meals and its customer favorite self-serve soup, salad and poke bars, now with a new and enhanced look.
Celebrating 70 years, Gelson’s currently operates 27 full-service specialty grocery stores in Southern California. Each Gelson’s Market features the full amenities of a traditional supermarket, with the local flavor of a neighborhood market.
Gelson’s in-house experts know Southern California’s lifestyle and are driven to find only the best foods and exclusive values for their customers. Gelson’s is particularly known for chef-prepared signature recipes and hand-selected produce, the best and freshest cuts of meat and seafood. This experience is rounded out by professionally designed floral arrangements and a selection of the highest quality and hard-to-find grocery items.
