Balls Food Stores celebrated newly constructed and remodeled locations throughout Kansas and Missouri in 2021. The company says it has experienced growth in the past year through internal improvement plans made possible due to its commitment to providing the best possible service for their communities.
Projects were focused on four locations:
- The Olathe, Kansas Hen House Market at 13600 S. Blackbob Road celebrated a grand re-opening in April. The remodel features a drive-thru pharmacy as well as updated floral, meat, produce, deli, bakery, grocery and guest services departments.
- Ball’s Price Chopper at 5665 Bannister Road in Kansas City, Missouri celebrated a grand opening for its newly constructed store on July 28. The new location is approximately 50,000 square feet and replaces an older Price Chopper location which was one mile east of the new store.
- Ball’s Price Chopper located at 2107 S 4th St. in Leavenworth, Kansas celebrated its newly remodeled store with a grand reopening on Sept. 15. The new location is approximately 50,000 square feet and offers substantial upgrades and expansions in nearly every department.
- Ball’s Price Chopper at 8430 Wornall Road in Kansas City, Missouri celebrated a grand re-opening on Dec. 8. The 37,000-square-feet, newly remodeled store is a significant upgrade from the original and includes expanded grocery offerings and services for the community.
