St. Clair, Michigan-based Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt unveiled a new brand name, Diamond Crystal Salt Co., and showcased its new salts and packaging at the Natural Products Expo West.
To bring its heritage and unique craftsmanship to grocery stores and home kitchens nationwide, Diamond Crystal Salt Co. also debuted its new brand design. Using recycled paperboard and refillable grinders, these news items are also more sustainable additions to kitchens.
Salt offerings from Diamond Crystal Salt Co.
- Kosher Salt Flakes: This salt product has a pure, clean taste. It has been crafted in St. Clair, Michigan since 1886. The salt flakes are 100 percent natural and additive-free.
- Coarse California Sea Salt: This product is made naturally from the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and is harvested after years of natural evaporation. It is always additive free and offers classic taste and texture when freshly ground.
- Coarse Himalayan Pink Salt: This salt is sourced from the historic Khewra Salt Mine in the Punjab region of Pakistan and is 100 percent natural and additive-free. This natural rock salt contains trace minerals that are the source of its signature color.
The new products from Diamond Crystal Salt Co. come in easy-to-use packaging options and meet retailers’ needs for shelf-friendly packaging.
