RSA America Hires Easley And Osborne For Executive Positions

Chicago-based RSA America has announced that Robert Easley will serve as its chief growth officer and Mark Osborne as director of retail execution.

Easley served as SVP operations, chief change officer and chief marketing officer at H-E-B. At RSA America, he will lead all strategic business development and sales partnership activities to grow the company. 

“The future of grocery retailing is in enhancing the customer’s shopping experience in every location they shop, in-person and online,” Easley said.

Osborne brings to his new role as director of retail execution extensive experience in operations, developing and executing strategic initiatives at the store level to improve customer experience, sales and profits. He served as VP director of operations at Sprouts, Reasors and Earthfare. At RSA America, Osborne will be responsible for developing strategies, execution plans, customer success goals and researching and directly working with customers.
