Plymouth, Wisconsin-based Sargento Foods has announced new leadership roles for Chris Regennitter and Joy Judski. Regennitter has assumed the role of SVP of sales, consumer products division, and Judski has taken on the position of VP of sales.
In his new role, Regennitter will lead the sales organization, including category management, retail execution and sales planning, with a goal of driving long-term stakeholder value for the Sargento Family. He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and business leadership to his new position. Regennitter first joined the Sargento Family in 2019.
In his recent role as the VP of sales, he led sales across the retail grocery channel at Sargento. Prior to Sargento, Regennitter held leadership roles at Kraft Heinz Inc. and PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. Before entering the private sector, Regennitter served six years in the U.S. Army. He has his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Taking over Regennitter’s former position, Judski will lead the geographic retail sales force across the U.S. and customer partnerships for the club channel, c-store, drug and international businesses. Her focus will be to increase brand penetration within these channels while maintaining category leadership in grocery. Judski will also lead the omnichannel sales team which manages the planning and execution of retailer media and search.
Since joining the Sargento family in 2013, Judski has made many contributions to the consumer products division, specifically in her most recent role as the senior director of sales. She has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, sales and trade strategy. Prior to joining Sargento, Judski served as the director of trade marketing and category management at Lactalis. She has both her MBA and her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Canisius College.
