AccuCode, N.G.A. Partner on PCI Compliance Solutions

Last updated on September 6th, 2012 at 12:03 pm

Colorado-based AccuCode Inc. has partnered with the National Grocers Association (N.G.A.) and launched a new service offering called AO:Compliance to help solve the problem for retailers of becoming compliant to the Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

AccuCode’s AO:Compliance is an industry first PCI compliance solution offering that is designed to help retail merchants become and stay compliant with the PCI DSS. By using AO:Compliance, N.G.A. members will more easily be able to become PCI compliant and maintain their PCI compliance into the future.

AccuCode’s AO:Compliance offering was chosen by the N.G.A. to be its exclusive PCI compliance partner and solution provider due to AccuCode’s experience in the retail industry as an advisor, systems integrator, and supplier of hardware, software, support and professional services.

One of the many benefits of AO:Compliance is that it was created to work with a retailer’s existing IT infrastructure (whenever possible) and business operations while minimizing downtime and additional capital expenditures needed to become and stay PCI compliant.

“In today’s retail grocery environment, security must be part of every retail merchant’s ongoing business operations and information technology strategy. Our members must protect their customer’s payment card and personal data from falling into the wrong hands,” said Charlie Bray, EVP and COO of the N.G.A. “To facilitate our members adoption and implementation of the PCI compliance standards, we are excited to have AccuCode and their AO:Compliance offering as our exclusive partner for all things PCI security related.”
