Fred Beverages has partnered with CST Brands Inc. and the The Kroger Co., along with other independent stores across the U.S. in 13 major cities, to carry Fred Water. This expansion of approximately 2,000 additional stores will make Fred available to millions of additional customers who can experience the pocket-friendly Fred bottles of spring water. Fred Beverages says its flask-shaped Fred water bottles also are BPA and Phthalate free, and built to refill.

“Fred is committed to bringing water to its customers in a package that actually makes drinking more water an easier and cooler thing to do,” said Adam Gayner, CEO of Fred Beverages Inc. “Surpassing soda last year, water was the beverage of choice for Americans, which is great for our nation’s health. This trend will not only bring change to our communities, but also positions Fred for significant growth as we continue to partner with strong companies such as Kroger and CST Brands Inc.”

Kroger stores that now carry the Fred brand in their natural section include City Market, King Soopers, QFC and Fred Meyer. CST Brands’ Corner Store has added Fred to all of its corporate stores across Texas, Colorado, Northern California, New Mexico, Arizona and Louisiana, totaling more than 900 locations. Kum & Go has added Fred into more than 400 locations across the Midwest.

Fred is available in three sizes, including 13.5-oz., 20-oz. and 33.8-oz. bottles; SRP $1.49-$2.19 across the different sizes.
