Pastry Smart LLC has debuted Jack Crisps, an all-natural cracker cheese crisp.

Boasting 0g trans fat, wheat free and using all-natural RSBT-free cheese, Jack Crisps is a better-for-you and on-the-go-offering, according to Pastry Smart. The product line contains four flavors, including Just Jack, using its namesake dry jack; Pizza Jack, containing pizza toppings like Asiago Cheese, tomatoes and basil; Spicy Jack, a combination of spicy jalapeno and aged dry jack; and Manchego Jack, pairing smoked paprika with the power-crunch crisp.
