New England Natural Bakers is partnering with Stonyfield, a leading organic yogurt maker based in Londonderry, N.H. Beginning this month and continuing throughout the year, the two companies will pair up their brands at a variety of retailers in select regions to raise consumer awareness of their unique product offerings and how they can be enjoyed together.
“We are thrilled to be working with Stonyfield. In addition to embracing organic and being local to New England, their products taste great. They are a true leader in the natural foods industry,” said Larry Cornick, brand sales and marketing manager for New England Natural Bakers. “When they reached out to us to supply granola to sample with their yogurt at the Boston Marathon Sports Expo, we were eager to support the event in any way possible. Since then, we’ve been discussing ways to work together in an effort to inspire and educate consumers; the co-demoing was a natural evolution of the relationship.”
Added David Kampner, Stonyfield’s community marketing manager, “Having a great organic yogurt experience is even more fun when you can mix it up with great, complimentary foods like New England Natural Bakers granola. We love watching the smiles on people’s faces when they discover something new they’ll love to eat.”
In the coming months, the companies will demo at retail locations, including select regions of Whole Foods Market, New Seasons Market in Washington, Dave’s Marketplace in Rhode Island, Mrs. Green’s on the Eastern Seaboard and select Sprouts in the Southwest. Stonyfield will feature its organic Greek and traditional organic yogurts, available in 32-oz. and individual sizes. New England Natural Bakers will sample its line of Organic Selects Granola, which include organic, Non-GMO Project verified offerings with attributes that include High Protein, Gluten-Free and Unsweetened (no sugar added) depending on the product, all available in 10-12-oz. resealable pouches.
