Attracting 67 entries from 56 companies, Ruby Fresh Jewels Grab-N-Go Pomegranate Aril cups are among 20 products that have been selected as finalists for the 2014 PMA Impact Award: Excellence in Packaging. Winners will be announced at the PMA Fresh Summit on Friday, Oct. 17.
The 2014 PMA Impact Award: Excellence in Packaging is a global program recognizing companies that use innovative packaging to maximize selling their fresh produce and flowers. The award recognizes innovators that stand out in creative design and bold new concepts for packaging.
This is the second consecutive year Ruby Fresh is being recognized for its innovative packaging design.
The new Ruby Fresh Jewels Pomegranate Aril cups are convenient 4- and 5.3-oz. Grab-N-Go snack cups, available in 2-packs and 4-packs. The functional cup is in an eye-catching sleeve, allowing for product information to be easily read while seeing the fresh arils through the clear cups. Each cup has a resealable lid to ensure freshness for multiple uses and a sleeve that is complete with finger grabs.
