According to the Massachusetts Food Association, new Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healy has released revised tobacco regulations that seek to regulate e-cigarettes as a tobacco product, placing the same restrictions on their purchase and use as those on tobacco cigarettes and also keeping them from being sold to minors. A public hearing on the regulations will be held April 23, and the AG’s office expects to file final regulations with the secretary of state later this spring…
Golbon, a national food service buying group in Boise, Idaho, has added the George J. Falter Co. of Baltimore, Maryland, as a new member. George J. Falter Co. was established in 1878, with candy being the main commodity.
