The National Association of Convenience Stores’ in-store program is back and in full swing for 2015. It kicked its second year last week with members of Congress stepping into their local stores in Vermont and New Hampshire for a full in-store experience. On April 8, Vermont Congressman Peter Welch (D-Vermont) visited his local Jiffy Mart, a Champlain Oil store, in West Rutland. Cumberland Farms hosted New Hampshire Congressman Frank Guinta (R-New Hampshire) in Portsmouth.
