Mitch Zeller, director of the Federal Food and Drug Administration, Center for Tobacco Products, will be the guest speaker of the 2015 National Association of Tobacco Outlets (NATO) Show, April 22-23 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. NOCO Express of Tonawanda, New York, has announced the grand opening of Tim Horton’s at its store located at its Kenmore Avenue location in Tonawanda. The National Association of Convenience Stores’ in-store program is back and in full swing for 2015. It kicked its second year last week with members of Congress stepping into their local stores in Vermont and New Hampshire for a full in-store experience. On April 8, Vermont Congressman Peter Welch (D-Vermont) visited his local Jiffy Mart, a Champlain Oil store, in West Rutland. Cumberland Farms hosted New Hampshire Congressman Frank Guinta (R-New Hampshire) in Portsmouth.
