United Natural Foods Inc. (UNFI) Gourmet & Ethnic (G&E) Channel’s new “Customer Experience” at this year’s Foxwoods Tabletop Show, to be held May 13-14 at Fox Tower at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, will feature a number of suppliers and products.

Among them: Sylvia’s Restaurant will highlight its line of Southern fry mixes, sauces and seasonings, Tony “Ole Master” Chachere’s Famous Creole Cuisine will showcase its Cajun cooking and Louisiana-style food products, and Chicken Soup for the Soul will share plans and packaging for its new soups and broths.

Additionally, the mixologist at Stirrings will feature drinks made with the company’s brand of Super Premium Cocktail Mixers that uses ingredients like real fruit juice and cane sugar, with no preservatives. Urban Smash, G&E Channel’s signature cocktail, will present a sparkling blackberry libation using Stirrings brand Simple Syrup, an easy-to-use bar staple. UNFI says guests also can energize their beverage experience with White Coffee, “always at the forefront of product development and committed to sourcing new exclusive coffees, particularly fair trade and organic.”
