Miami Bay Beverage Co. (MBB), makers of trimino protein infused water, has teamed up with Polar Beverage, an independent bottler of sparkling and carbonated beverages, to grow distribution throughout New England. According to Ralph Crowley Jr., CEO of Polar Beverages, “We’re always watching developments in the market, and the growing acceptance of protein-enhanced products is becoming the foundation for a new category of beverage. This protein beverage category is growing rapidly and our customers expect us to carry the best brands that meet consumers’ needs. The New York Association of Convenience Stores (NYACS) has announced two major events for 2016: the NYACS Trade Show & Convention, which will be held May 11-12 at the OnCenter in Syracuse, New York, and the NYACS Fall Conference, which will be held Sept. 21-22 at the 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel in Clayton, New York.
