She Beverage Co. Inc. On Cusp Of IPO

Financial experts are predicting capital growth as Palmdale, California-based She Beverage Co. qualifies and potentially goes directly to NASDAQ. With four locations including its corporate offices, two warehouses, a brewery and manufacturing site, the She Brand is also currently building on 100 acres and acquiring additional space for manufacturing.

CEO and Master Brander Lupe Rose has set the tone for the future success of She Beverage Co., working with celebrities, athletes, local ballparks, arenas and NASCAR.

“She Beverage Co. is setting the tone for its staying power and the ability to play hard ball with other brands,” Rose said.

She Beverage Co. has a catalog of other beverages set to be released within the next 12 months and has acquired several companies, including Legends Entertainment and Technology–acquired from NBA star Tony Farmer and Lamond Murray, rebranded as “Viridian Entertainment, Film & Technology.” Other acquisitions include: Elite Green Solutions Cannabis Co.y, rebranded as “The Pink Leaf;” and Mink Bath Bombs; a cannabis and CBD-based manufacturer of bathing goods.

She Beverage Co. is women owned and has a 10,000-s.f. brewery in Lancaster, California, manufacturing water with brands Sip by She with Sip Electrolyte, Sip Alkaline, Sip Young and Sip Mom’s Water. The company currently supplies products to Walmart, Bevmo, Total Wine & More, Vons and Albertson grocers, Arco and Chevron gas-stations, Best Western and Holiday Inn hotels, and many other convenient stores, hotels, casinos as well as Amazon.
