Lehi Mills, a family-run mill located in Lehi, Utah, is launching its first-ever line of vegan mixes. The product line includes a vegan pancake/waffle mix, vegan brownie mix and vegan raspberry muffin mix. Starting early 2020, Lehi Mills customers will find the new vegan products on the company website and on Amazon. Shortly after the online release, Lehi Mills will roll out the new vegan line to grocery stores slowly.
The company says each product has the same great taste as its original line counterpart, but has an all-new, plant-based formula. The new products are made for those who follow a vegan diet, are egg or dairy sensitive or are looking to add more plant-based foods into their diets. The pancake, brownie and muffin mixes are all just-add-water.

Lehi Mills will bring its new products to Expo West in March 2020. Visitors can stop by booth N1637 in the North Hot New Products Hall for samples.
Lehi Mills has provided premium flour and baking mixes to the greater Utah area since 1906. The company works with local farmers and handpicks each batch of wheat.
