FFP Creates Healthy Menu For IFT22 Attendees

Florida Food Products is inviting IFT22 attendees to visit booth No. S0200 and sample a menu of innovative concepts created for the show. IFT22 will be held in-person and online July 10-13 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

FFP offers nature’s finest ingredients with industry-leading functionality, to help deliver clean label products – including beverages, meat and poultry, as well as meat alternatives.

The menu of healthy food and beverage innovations for IFT22 includes:

  • Salted caramel, plant-based latte – this on-trend plant-based latte has a coffee taste balanced by caramel notes, due to FFP’s Flash Brewed Coffee and Caramel Collection Flavors.
  • Black tea with raspberry and rosehip – this black tea beverage features FFP’s Real Brewed Black Tea and offers a combination of brewed black tea, raspberry and rosehip’s floral taste.
  • Pineapple strawberry hydration and energy drink mix – this hydration + energy drink mix features natural fruit flavors, sweetness without added sugars and caffeine from green tea extract. 
  • Chicken breast – this chicken breast features FFP’s VegStable Plus, an all-natural product made from rice bran. 
  • Summer sausage – this cured summer sausage features FFP’s VegStable, VegStable Plus and VegStable Fresh. These products provide protection by extending the shelf life, inhibiting rancidity and maintaining fresh color and flavor of the meat snack.
  • Za’atar flavored seasoned nuts – Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors meet in these trend-forward seasoned nuts, features FFP’s natural spice blend (Za’atar type) flavor powder 36581.
  • Carrot cake oatmeal cookie – two comfort foods come together in the cookie, features FFP’s VegCon Carrot and Natural Carrot Cake Type Flavor 38019.
  • Hibiscus and elderflower gin fizz – this zero proof beverage offers up an alcohol-like experience without the actual alcohol. This beverage features FFP’s Real Brewed Hibiscus Extract, FFP’s Natural Gin Flavor Type 36421, Natural Alcohol Burn Flavor Type 39733 and Natural Elderflower Flavor WONF 38413. 
  • FFP’s berry beet’arita signature cocktail – this take on a traditional margarita features FFP’s fermented beet juice and will be available during the in-booth cocktail reception on July 11.

FFP will be attending IFT22 Booth No. S0200 and showcasing how research and product development capabilities deliver natural, functional and plant-based ingredients to customers.
