Gonnella Baking Co. has introduced new brioche buns for c-store and retail foodservice.

The new brioche buns provide the flavor and texture of brioche bread, while being certified Kosher, vegan-friendly and made in its sesame seed-free facilities.

Gonnella developed the soft brioche to maintain quality standards and support all types of sandwiches. Product testing demonstrated resilience through toasters, ovens and warmers and upheld quality customer experiences for made-in-store and on-the-go programs.

Gonnella develops products like the brioche to keep consumers excited with attention-getting flavor diversification. According to Datassential’s market research, the trending brioche category is growing 21 percent as of August 2023.

The new brioche is pre-sliced and available in slider buns plus 4-inch split-top buns. Each case layer is packed for optimal freshness to serve the needs of c-store and retail foodservice operations.

“We are committed to delivering high-quality products that improve customer experiences and are proud to offer this tasty, new brioche line of buns to our foodservice customers,” said Dave Gonnella, VP of sales for Gonnella.
