Certco Recognized As Top Workplace By Wisconsin State Journal

Certco has been recognized as a 2024 Top Workplace in the state by the Wisconsin State Journal.

“I am thrilled to announce that Certco has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Wisconsin by the Wisconsin State Journal for 2024,” said Amy Niemetscheck, president and CEO. “I want to express my gratitude to each team member who contributes to making our workplace exceptional.”

This award reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Certco began the progress toward this award close to a year ago. As the company aligned its executive team to focus on its fiscal year initiatives, Certco zeroed in on its retention and finding a way to  get direct feedback from its employees. To determine this, the human resources team introduced an Employee Engagement Survey to look for common areas of concern and add those into Certco’s annual strategic plan for this fiscal year.

“We were excited to see our retention rate of employees remain strong through the first half of this fiscal year,” Niemetscheck said. “Certco HR Director Molly Sullivan advised on the steps needed to qualify for the Top Workplace in Wisconsin award. I am so proud that at our first attempt at applying for this award, we were recognized in the large employer category as a Top Workplace in Wisconsin.
