Kevin’s Natural Foods has named Roxanne Bernstein as CEO to support the brand’s continued growth.
Bernstein joined Kevin’s Natural Foods in April, and will transition into the role by July 1. This transition comes at an important time for Kevin’s Natural Foods, following its acquisition by Mars and a period of record sales and exponential growth.
Bernstein is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and a successful track record in growing brands. Her background includes leadership positions in large and small brands across companies, such as Kraft, Kellogg’s and Post. Most recently, Bernstein served as the EVP and president of ACCO Brands, where she managed a $1 billion segment.
“Roxanne’s style of leadership and her impressive experience scaling and driving food brands make her the perfect choice to lead Kevin’s Natural Foods into the next stage of growth, harnessing the agility, culture and customer obsession the business has thrived on,” said Shaid Shah, global president for Mars Food and Nutrition, the business segment within Mars in which Kevin’s Natural Foods operates as a standalone business.

Under Roxanne’s leadership, Kevin’s Natural Foods will remain focused on delivering what consumers and customers expect and want from a disruptive food brand.”

The Kevin’s Natural Foods co-founders – Kevin McCray, Dan Costa and Kelsie Costa – have decided that the strength of the business means now is the time to move on and spend more time on their families. They will stay on through June to ensure a smooth transition.
