McKesson Corp. and Albertsons have signed a five-year distribution agreement to include the sourcing and distribution of both branded and generic pharmaceuticals, commencing on April 1, 2016. Custom Produce Sales of Parlier, California, has recalled its Fat Boy branded whole, fresh cucumbers, which already were subject to recall by Andrew & Williamson Fresh Produce in connection to a salmonella outbreak. The CDC reported on Sept. 15 that 418 people were infected with the outbreak from 31 states, an increase of 77 cases since the last update on Sept. 9…
Instacart, a retail delivery service, has partnered with Target in the Minneapolis market. Starting Sept. 15, customers in parts of the Minneapolis area can order food, household, health and beauty, pet and baby products from Target and have them delivered in an hour.
