NACS Debuts Fuels Resource Center, And More…

The National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) has launched a new online resource for everything fuels-related: the Fuels Resource Center, which includes research, news and data for the consumer and retailer. The Fuels Resource Center is designed to help educate the NACS audience and general public on general and historical information on retail fueling petroleum; the latest information on energy sources alternative fuels: what’s new and what’s on the horizon in renewable fuels; and operations: trending topics and regulatory information for convenience store operators. The center also incorporates research and analysis from the Fuels Institute, which was founded by NACS in 2013 as a venue for all transportation industry stakeholders to come together and share ideas without a pre-determined agenda or outcome…

Rutter’s donated more than $235,000 to central Pennsylvania charities in 2015, elevating the company’s charitable totals to more than $5 million over the past 12 years. Organizations receiving assistance in 2015 included Make-A-Wish Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia, York County Food Bank, American Red Cross and Crispus Attucks Association Of York County.
