Unified Grocers has named Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and LOC Software as preferred retail technology POS providers to give independent grocers more choices for point-of-sale and back-office systems. LOC Store Management Suite (SMS), POS, Back-Office and Host solutions will be available to Unified’s retailers as part of this program. Unified will use North Country Business Products and TRUNO, Retail Technology Solutions as preferred POS support partners.
Toshiba’s portfolio of in-store technologies works in tandem with LOC Software to provide retailers a feature-rich POS and back-office solution and gives shoppers a first-class checkout experience. Toshiba and LOC Software have a long and successful history of serving the needs of independent grocers across the U.S., according to Unified.
