Arlington, Massachusetts-based Tamim Teas, a producer of herbal teas with American-grown, organic, medicinal mushrooms, has launched five immune-boosting blends in eco-friendly canisters.
These herbal teas deliver the health benefits of medicinal mushrooms, a remedy for strengthening the immune system, the company says.
“Medicinal mushrooms are exploding in today’s health market. Unfortunately, to meet this demand, many companies have resorted to importing dried mushrooms—not to mention extracts and processed powders—from questionable sources,” said Liat Racin, Tamim Teas founder. “We have a firm commitment to sourcing all of our functional mushrooms from organic family farmers.”
The mushrooms are dried and paired with organic herbs and spices. With no caffeine, sugar, additives or processed powders, the teas maintain the integrity of the mushrooms. According to Tamim Teas, the teas offer health benefits like naturally boosting energy levels and improving mental clarity and relaxation.
The new, loose-leaf canisters, which are both recycled and recyclable, are a signature of the brand. Each canister contains nearly double the amount of tea compared to most other tea brands.

The teas are available in five flavors:
- Chaga Chai: A chai packed with chaga mushroom, chai spices and turmeric.
- Reishi Delight: Nutty reishi mushroom with cinnamon, herbal honeybush and orange peel.
- Chaga-Reishi Boost: Chaga and reishi with roasted carob, elderberries and red rooibos.
- Lion-Maitake Clarity: Lion’s mane and maitake in a blend of tulsi and ginger with cinnamon.
- Lion’s Spice: Sweet lion’s mane mushrooms with turmeric, ginger and spice.
