CoolSys Promotes Beth Goldstein To Chief HR Officer

CoolSys has promoted EVP of Human Resources Beth Goldstein to chief human resources officer.

Goldstein is responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of human resources for the company.

“At CoolSys, we are focused on sustaining an engaged team of employees that delivers and supports the world-class service that CoolSys is known for,” said Adam Coffey, CEO and president of CoolSys. “Beth has been instrumental in fulfilling these goals as we have expanded across the country for the past three years. We are delighted to see her grow into this expanded role within the organization as our human capital needs continue to evolve with the growth of the company.”

Goldstein brings more than 25 years of human capital experience to her role, having worked with a variety of private and public companies at all stages of their growth cycles. Prior to joining CoolSys, Goldstein founded her own consulting practice and previously was the SVP of human resources for Smile Brands Inc. and the VP of organizational development at Borders Books, Music and Café.

Goldstein studied psychology at California State University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Human Resources Executive Program. At present, she is a 2020 MBA candidate at Pepperdine University.
