Rosina, a Buffalo, New York-based frozen specialty food manufacturer, has promoted Tom Finn, former VP of sales and marketing for the consumer products division, to VP of business development. Finn reports to John Zimmerman, Rosina’s SVP of business development, and oversees all sales and business development for the consumer products and foodservice sales divisions.

Jim Whitford, former southeast regional sales manager for Rosina’s, also was promoted and has taken on the new role of consumer products division sales manager reporting directly to Finn.

Rosina has hired Marcelle Smalley as its new southeast regional sales manager for the consumer products division. Smalley reports to Whitford.

Rosina also has hired David Masse as its new Canadian regional sales manager.  Masse reports to Randy Mayne, corporate accounts manager.

“It’s an exciting time for Rosina and we are excited to appoint leaders that have proven track records of accelerating the growth of our brand,” says Zimmerman. “Our leadership staff has brought significant change to our business and we look forward to seeing our team members excel in their new roles.”
