Billerica, Massachusetts-based JOH has appointed several executives to positions within its company.
Steve Grabar has been named as the account executive/account manager in the Great Lakes Division.
Grabar has been part of the food industry since 1976, when he started as a retail sales representative at Benson Mitchell Food Brokerage. He worked his way up to part-owner and president of that organization in 1990 and remained with the company through several acquisitions.
In early 2022, Grabar started an LLC that represents CPG lines in North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Minnesota.

Nick Lewandoski has been appointed to its mid-Atlantic produce division as an account executive/account manager.
Lewandoski has spent more than 18 years in the food industry and has experience in retail management and all fresh categories, including produce, meat, seafood, deli and bakery. He has developed and implemented selling and merchandising strategies.
“We are excited Nick has joined our talented team,” said Theresa Lowden, EVP, produce and floral, mid-Atlantic. “Nick brings a fresh perspective, backed by years of success and experience. We’re happy to have him onboard.”
Tom Jenkins has been named to JOH’s produce division as an account executive.
Jenkins is a sales and marketing professional with more than a decade of experience growing HP Hood and Chiquita brands in large New England retailers. In addition to being a communicator, he has strong industry relationships to deliver results.
“We are excited to welcome Tom to our team,” said Brian Maguire, EVP, produce division, New England. “Tom has been very successful at growing clients and customers. We are thrilled to see what he will bring to the JOH family.”
Lastly, Joel Engel has joined the JOH Great Lakes team as an account manager working in the Minneapolis market.
Engel has spent his career in the Minneapolis market in various roles within the food industry. He has worked with UNFI Conventional HQ and their Indirect Groups, as well as Target.
