Finlandia now offers a turnkey deli solution for the owner/retailer seeking a one-stop-shop for their entire deli cheese inventory. Drawing upon 100 years of European cheese-making experience, Finlandia has created eight new varieties of cheese that are of the highest quality and taste delicious, according to a news release. Finlandia uses only the finest ingredients, like pure, farm-fresh milk, and ages its cheese to perfection. The result is the best tasting, highest quality, behind the glass or pre-packaged cheese at market. In addition, all of Finlandia’s products are supported by a comprehensive, in-store marketing program as well as employee cheese education.

The new varieties include: Provolone, American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Havarti, Pepper Jack, Colby Jack, and Jalapeno Muenster.
The new cheese types join Finlandia’s existing line of cheeses that include Swiss, Light Swiss, Lacey Swiss, and Muenster.
